STEP 02
Contact ME
Once you’ve selected your collection, click the dropdown menu for the session you’re interested in. There, you’ll find the booking calendar with available dates, along with the option to submit your session request.
Please allow 48–72 hours for a response via email. Since emails can occasionally be missed or filtered, I also recommend reaching out through the chat feature on my social media accounts to ensure your message is received.
STEP 03
Let's Chat
This is where we’ll connect, either through email or Instagram chat. I’ll send you an email with a brief questionnaire, helpful guides, and all the details specific to your session type. From there, we’ll chat about your vision, your needs, and everything included in your selected collection, making sure we’re on the same page before moving forward.
STEP 04
Contract and Payment
Once you’ve completed the questionnaire and we’ve had a chance to chat about your vision, I’ll send over the contract along with payment details to officially secure your session date. Your session is considered officially booked once the payment has been received.
STEP 05
before your session
From the moment you book your session until the day we meet, we’ll stay in touch, and I’ll be available to help with anything you may need along the way, from outfit planning and location ideas to weather updates and any last-minute questions.
A couple of days before your session, I’ll also send you a quick session prep and reminder with everything you need to know, including the location address, contact information, and other important details to help you feel fully prepared.
STEP 06
picture time
Sessions can sometimes feel a little overwhelming especially with little ones involved. Please don't worry about perfectly posed moments or perfectly behaved kids. Some of the most meaningful photographs come from the quiet in between moments, the cuddles, laughter, movement, and love you share naturally. My goal is simply to create a calm and fun space where you can be yourselves in front of my camera.
STEP 07
delivering photos
Once your session is complete, your images will be carefully edited and prepared before being delivered to your email. Please allow 2–3 weeks for your gallery to arrive.
During my busiest season, typically early September through late November, turnaround times may extend to 3–4 weeks. If you’re working with a specific deadline, please keep this timeframe in mind when choosing your session date.
STEP 08

Once your gallery has been delivered, our time together doesn’t have to end there. I’d love to hear from you, whether it’s a quick message to tell me how you enjoyed your experience, sharing your favorite images, or simply checking in. I’m always happy to stay connected with my clients long after their session is over.
Over the years, so many of my clients have become more than just clients, they’ve become familiar faces, returning families, and genuine friendships. I love watching your families grow and seeing little ones who were once shy in front of my camera come back years later feeling completely comfortable with me.
I’ve also had the privilege of reconnecting with families I haven’t seen in years, sometimes after they’ve moved to a new duty station or even another country. Getting to meet up again, hear about their adventures, and photograph their families in a new season of life is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
So when your gallery arrives, know that it isn’t goodbye. I hope it’s simply the beginning of a relationship that continues through all the seasons, milestones, moves, and memories still to come.
